Flexi8 (Giveaway)

I love putting my hair back into a ponytail.  I can’t have my hair in my face during the day when working with kids, it bothers me.  I have a nice collection of black ponytail holders.  I wear the same ones almost every day (unless its a special occasion and then I might actually leave my hair down).  I needed another option to keep my hair back and I found it with the Flexi8 flexible barrette.  So what is a Flexi8? Here is a description from their website:

The Flexi 8 is a completely unique, flexible barrette that holds thick, thin, curly, straight, fine and coarse hair. The Flexi 8 comes in a variety of sizes and hundreds of ever changing styles. Flexi 8 uses an ingenious patented locking mechanism to secure it in your hair. It’s such an attractive and unique accessory for your hair, once you try the Flexi 8, LOOK OUT! (you’re in love)

I love that these flexible barrettes are very easy to use and they are stylish so that when I put my hair back in a ponytail it looks like I made more of an effort to do my hair than I actually did (hey, I am a mom.  I don’t have a lot of time to spare these days). There are so many different styles you can use with the Flexi8.  My favorite is the “Drop Bun”.   I have very thick hair and thought that I would need to use the larger sizes of barrettes, but for my coarse thick hair the “medium” size works great.  The company actually told us that most women will over-estimate what size they need so keep that in mind when you are browsing for your new Flexi8.  Here are a couple of the many different styles Flexi8 offers:

I received several different sizes of Flexi8 flexible barretts to try and I love using them for different styles.  The smaller styles work well to put your hair partially up, while the larger ones work best for french twists and large ponytails.  Working women everywhere need to discover what a time saver these hair clip are.
